Pew Research Center surveyed 10 current EU nations (including the United Kingdom) to get a since of how important diversity is to the country.  In an interesting report, most citizens in the EU view diversity as a negative or inconsequential fact (meaning it does not make the country better or worse).  For these countries which include Germany, France, Greece, Sweden, and others, national customs, language, and birthplace relate heavily to how people view a “true” country native.
