Air Jordan and the city of Charlotte have lose their opportunity to host the upcoming 2017 NBA all star game due to the NBA’s protest of House Bill 2 otherwise known as the bathroom bill. The infamous law “… forces transgender people to use the bathroom that corresponds with the gender they were assigned at birth, rather than the gender they now identify as, and bars local governments from protecting the LGBT community through nondiscrimination policies. ”
