Matt Damon is tackling the problem of diversity in Hollywood with the help of USC’s Anneberg School. J.J. Abrams, who owns the production company Bad Robot, and Ryan Murphy are behind the push as well. “It’s important to us that the people who are telling the stories and the people who are in front of the camera, wherever possible, are representative of what the country looks like.
