Remember when people thought the millennial generation was lazy and self absorbed? Well a new study conducted by “BNP Paribas and Scorpio Partnership” is revealing a contradictory trend. Apparently millennials are not only creating more businesses, but also starting them at an earlier age (27 for millennials vs 35 for baby boomers).
Each generation develops their own characteristics and values. For millennials, working long hours at large corporations is not what it used to be. The young generation is “shifting the status quo and are making business leaders from previous generations rethink their own business models.”
