The 11th Annual Healthcare Supplier Diversity Symposium took place in Richmond, VA, awarding three organizations for their innovative products and services.  The prestigious Earl G. Reubel Awards went to the following winners:

  • Hospital, Integrated Healthcare Delivery System, or GPO of the Year – CHRISTUS Health of Dallas
  • Diverse Business of the Year – Broadline Medical of Richmond, California
  • Civic Leader of the Year – Kenneth Grant, Vice President, General Services, The Johns Hopkins Hospital, & Vice President, Supply Chain Management, Johns Hopkins Health System

The Earl G Reubel Award is named after “the founder of Virginia-based Kerma Medical Products, Inc., a noted veteran- and minority-owned healthcare company—was established by Owens & Minor to honor the late Earl G. Reubel, whose vision of building a legacy for his family through Kerma, demonstrated the true spirit of entrepreneurialism”
