Small business hiring is up in the state of Nevada.  According to the Review Journal, the first quarter of 2016 saw a record high for small business employment.  "Employees in small businesses totaled 591,000 as of the first three months of this year. That compares with the previous first quarter peak of 577,000 a year ago.“  In comparison to pre-recession numbers, the record employment high peaked at 585,000.

The increase is a combination of new corporations moving offices to the state along with the growth of native Nevada organizations.  The numbers are a big cue for the state as it looks to continue the growth of employment opportunities.
