According to Forbes, “Nixon Peabody is a top-100 global law firm that has earned a 100% ranking from the Human Rights Campaign in its Corporate Equality Index for ten consecutive years.”  Their success comes from a commitment to finding top talent in multiple fields.  In an interview with Andrew Glincher, CEO and Managing Partner of the law firm, Glincher explains Nixon Peabody’s unique recruitment strategy.

“We have essentially put our own spin on the NFL’s Rooney Rule to have an initiative to increase our recruitment of diverse attorneys.” Glincher told Forbes.  "Our goal is to recruit the best talent available from a broad range of backgrounds. This new initiative requires that at least 20% of our candidates interviewed for any open associate positions are diverse.“

For the law firm, success is measured through client satisfaction and top hires.  Diversity is integrated within the organizations employee makeup, but the real focus is the customer.
