This year, FedEx is making it a top priority to help small businesses in Thailand expand their customer base internationally. With an estimated three million SMEs and government support of technological advancement, Thailand is prime to compete in the fast growing global digital economy. Gina Galvin, marketing director for Fedex Express Thailand spoke about FedEx’s committed to SMEs in Thailand and how they plan to help the country compete in the global digital economy.
“Many Thai SMEs may not be familiar with all the requirements in managing logistics internationally. Our goal is to let business owners concentrate on growing their business while we focus on making it easy and convenient for them to access our global network, customer support and timesaving digital tools.” Galvin also indicated that FedEx, as the world biggest transportation company, is steadfast in helping Thailand’s government efforts in becoming a medical hub of Asia by connecting the country to new markets globally.
