Please join me in congratulating Margenett Moore-Roberts for becoming the first chief diversity and inclusion officer for Golin, an integrated communications agency based in Chicago, IL.
Before joining Golin, Moore-Roberts previously served as the global head of inclusive diversity at Yahoo, where she was named one of the top 50 California Diversity Council Multicultural Leaders in Technology. She also was awarded the Yahoo’s CEO Excellence Award for her efforts within her space.
As the chief diversity and inclusion officer for Golin, Moore-Roberts duties will include “…developing a comprehensive and integrated D&I strategy for the firm. Her focus will be on implementing business practices and fostering a company culture that yield results, as well as creating educational programs offering training in areas such as strategic engagement, cultural intelligence and active inclusion.”
In March of 2018, Golin committed to championing diversity with a new campaign to propel the hiring of female leaders.
