The focus of the event, which is geared toward safety professionals throughout the Delaware Valley, is how to reduce workplace injuries. Manufacturing Day runs from 9:30 AM until 2:00 PM and includes a Safety Symposium and Supplier Pavilion.
The safety symposium will feature a panel discussion including the editors from the 3 most prominent and respected safety publications in the country: The editors are David Johnson of ISHN, Dave Blanchard of EHS Today and Jerry Laws of Occupational Health & Safety. The discussion will focus on providing valuable insights on the state of workplace safety.
Also presenting at the symposium will be 10 of the largest safety suppliers from around the country. Participating suppliers include 3M, Honeywell, DuPont, Moldex, Kimberly-Clark, Lakeland, MCR, Superior, Blackline Safety and NSA. The suppliers will reveal their newest and most innovative safety products. In addition, Arbill Environmental, Health and Safety experts will shed light on the dos and don’ts of OSHA compliance and safety training.
The supplier pavilion will allow attendees to meet the suppliers and see first-hand the latest safety products to hit the market. Attendees will also be treated to a complimentary gourmet lunch, free product samples and door prizes.
