Delta Air Lines has announced that it will serve wines from Napa Valley-based black-owned estate winery Brown Estate on its domestic business class flights.

The Brown Estates’ wines that will be included in the winter 2019-2020 wine menus are Chaos Theory red blend and Betelguese Sauvignon Blanc. Delta will conduct tasting with Brown Estate owners and master sommelier Andrea Robinson on a flight from San Francisco to New York and at its Sky Club at the San Francisco International Airport. According to Delta, the decision to partner with Brown Estates is part of its supplier diversity program and it was the idea of Carlyne Scott who is part of Delta’s black community resource group.
