Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce president Bryan Wyer has launched a diversity and inclusion program called “I Love Diverse Cities” in Pensacola, Florida to help improve opportunities for minorities.

Wyer designed a diversity matrix to help organizations see how diverse they are. He is calling on private companies and government agencies to carefully evaluate the diversity of the people they award contracts to and the people within their organization. Wyer said he wants to help companies increase diversity for their own business needs and for the benefit of having diverse perspectives and options.
