In an interview with Nikkei Asian Review, Apple CEO Tim Cook discussed the company’s supplier mix, corporate culture and health initiatives. Cook explained that Apple has a diverse supply chain stating that they do their manufacturing in several different countries and employ people in the U.S. and elsewhere. Cook also mentioned the company’s partnership with Seiko Advance which develops different iPhone colors. When asked about Apple’s culture, he said the ethos of the company has never been stronger on the innovation and product lines. Cook also reiterated his belief that Apple’s greatest contribution to society will be health-related.
