Multinational food manufacturer Kellogg Company has released its 10th annual diversity and inclusion (D&I) report titled Features. The report highlights the company’s D&I-related accomplishments and stories from its different facilities around the world.

One such story is the implementation of the online brainstorming game called KUBIC LA in its Latin American operations. This game was designed to promote and develop collaboration and diverse thinking to come up with cost-saving strategies.

According to Kellogg’s Head of Global Talent and Diversity Priscilla Koranteng developing a diverse workforce and supplier base helps improve their competitive advantage. Their diverse workforce also helps them accomplish their business goals and serve their customers with innovative products.
