In its 2022 environmental, social and governance (ESG) report, Kraft Heinz set goals based on three pillars: healthy living and community support, environmental stewardship and responsible sourcing.

For healthy living and community support goals, the company aims to increase the representation of people of color in salaried positions to 30% and achieve gender parity in global management positions by 2025.

In environmental stewardship, Kraft Heinz committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its operational footprint. It also aims to use 100% recyclable, compostable or reusable packaging by 2025.

In responsible sourcing, the company will launch a supplier diversity program and partner with suppliers owned by women, people of color, veterans, people with disabilities and LGTBQ+ people. Its goal is to triple its spending with such suppliers by 2025.
