Aramark, a leading US food service company, has formed an alliance with Triple B Hospitality Group, a Black-owned food service provider for workplaces, schools, and event venues. The alliance aims to drive more equitable impact from their businesses and help Aramark clients in the business and industry sector overcome labor challenges. Additionally, the partnership will focus on community building, mentorship opportunities, and engaging professional development programs for frontline workers.

The alliance also supports Aramark’s commitment to building partnerships with women- and minority-owned businesses. This partnership will connect employees with long-term workplace opportunities. The alliance comes at a time when many corporations have pledged to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) following social justice movements such as Black Lives Matter. Triple B Hospitality Group was founded by Keith Bethel, Marc Brooks, and Junior Bridgeman and aims to broaden the scope of DEI. Ellen Wilson, the chief growth officer of Aramark Workplace Experience Group, said in a statement that the partnership underscores Aramark’s belief that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters innovation and holistic prosperity.
